The most up-to-date information about our past and upcoming Public AstroNights can be found on our event calendar.
Every month, a professional astronomer or physicist gives a public talk aimed at a broad audience. Speakers are often MSI or McGill Physics professors, postdoctoral fellows, or graduate students, although we also welcome invited speakers from other institutions. The format varies between multi-speaker panels, Q&A sessions, and public talks. Public AstroNights are free and open to everyone! The talk portion is followed by night-sky observations with our portable telescopes (weather permitting).

Where: On the McGill campus (the exact room will be specified per event)
Who: Everyone is welcome! There is no age limit to attend and discover the wonders of the Universe, but children below 6 may find it rather long.
